You can terminate the Grant via the Stakeholders page:
navigate to the ‘Stakeholders’ section in the menu on the left
find the Stakeholder you’d like to make changes to via the filtering section on the top left corner
get into the Stakeholder page, scroll down to the grants, and open the needed grant
press 'More' in the right corner of the page and then 'Terminate Grant'
Another option – via ‘Grants’ section:
navigate to the ‘Grants’ section in the 'Securities' block in the menu on the left
find needed Grant via the filtering section on the top left corner
press three dots on the right side next to the grant description
choose 'Terminate Grant', add necessary information and then confirm it.
❗️ Please, note:
By terminating the Grant:
The vesting of options will be stopped
In the case of a Good Leaver, all vested options remain with the Stakeholder, and all unvested options will be returned to the share pool
In the case of a Bad Leaver, all options (both vested and unvested) will be returned to the share pool
