In order to edit or delete a Pool navigate to the ‘Pools’ section in the 'Securities' block in the menu on the left. Search for the pool you’d like to make changes with, then press three dots on the right next to the pool description and choose the action you’d like to make.

The last step would be to confirm changes or pool deletion.
