There are two options for issuing shares to the Stakeholder.
Via 'Transactions' section in the menu. Here you need to do the next steps:
go to the “Transactions” section in the "Securities" block in the menu on the left
then navigate to the button 'Add Transactions'
choose “Issue shares” in the drop-down list
add all the necessary information (including Stakeholder name, Share class, number of shares, date of issuance, etc) and then issue shares
Also, you can issue shares via the 'Stakeholders' section. To do that, you need to:
navigate to the 'Stakeholders' section in the menu on the left
find the stakeholder you'd like to make transactions to via filtering
scroll down to the 'Transactions' block
press the "Add Transpactions" button on the right and the transaction with all the needed details.
